The primary goal of this collaboration is to optimize and innovate the PayByLink platform. The goal of this is to offer our customers even more convenience in using payment links.
Driving professionalization
Due to the constant growth in the number of customers and transactions, we were looking for further professionalization opportunities. It was therefore decided to leave the management and monitoring of our Microsoft Azure environment entirely to a new external IT partner. Continuity and stability are crucial to PayByLink. With the growing customer base, it is essential that the payment link solution is always available. Info Support‘s expertise in managing and monitoring complex IT solutions provides the reassurance of a stable and secure application in the cloud. In addition, Info Support is able to implement improvements quickly and to think along proactively. This fits well with our approach, which focuses on customer needs and customer satisfaction.
New functionalities for customers
In addition to managing the Microsoft Azure environment, Info Support is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the application. In close consultation with us, Info Support builds new functionalities and integrations for the platform.
These innovations will allow our customers to leverage payment links more extensively, while the growing number of system integrations will make sending payment links even more seamless.
